Cookie Policy

This Cookie Policy describes the current V4 public website and account-platform boundary. It does not describe the archived WordPress website or legacy member applications.
1. Current use of cookies
The V4 public website does not currently set analytics, advertising, personalization, or session-replay cookies. Its fonts, product images, and landing-page visuals are served locally rather than loaded from advertising or font networks.
Opening the member platform, signing in, or creating an account takes you to a separate application. That application uses strictly necessary security and session cookies to authenticate you, protect requests, and preserve account security.
2. Strictly necessary storage
Strictly necessary cookies and browser storage may be used by the account and administration applications for signed-in sessions, CSRF protection, security controls, multi-factor authentication, and user-requested interface preferences. These are not used for advertising.
3. Analytics and optional technologies
Google Analytics, CRM tracking, advertising pixels, session replay, and similar optional browser technologies are not enabled on the V4 public website at this stage. If optional tracking is introduced, this policy and the Privacy Policy will be updated and consent controls will be provided where required before those technologies are activated.
4. Browser controls
You can inspect, block, or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent sign-in or other account features from working correctly.
5. Contact
Questions about cookies or privacy can be sent to info@tradinghall.net with the subject line “Privacy Request”.
