The Trading Hall is an Ontario sole-proprietorship with our registration address located at 1864 Jubilee Dr London, ON N6G 0H6 CANADA. This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you:

- create an account
- purchase or use our products and services (including live sessions, education content, tools, alerts, and optional automation features)
- communicate with us, including through community channels, support, and events
In this Policy, “personal information” means information about an identifiable individual. This Policy should be read together with our Terms of Use and any other policies posted on the Site.
By using our Site or services (other than solely reviewing this Policy), you agree to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described here. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Site or services.
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version and update the “Last updated” date. For material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you (for example, email notice or a prominent notice on the Site).

B. Live sessions and recordings

- your display name and chat activity during live sessions
- questions you submit, including voice or video if you choose to speak on camera
- recordings of live sessions, which may include audio, video, screen sharing, and chat transcripts
If sessions are recorded, we will aim to provide notice in the session or on the platform.
C. Trading tools and optional automation features
If you use tools, journaling, analytics, alerts, or optional automation features from The Trading Hall, we may collect:
- platform usage data (which tools you use, actions taken, timestamps)
- journal entries and notes you create
- alert preferences and delivery events
- configuration settings you choose (for example, risk settings, session windows, strategy settings)
If you connect a third-party trading account or broker integration (where supported), we may collect:
- account identifiers and authorization tokens (where applicable)
- trade-related data required to provide the feature (for example, orders, fills, positions, and timestamps)
We do not require your broker password if an authorized API connection is used.
D. Information collected automatically
When you visit the Site or use our services, we may automatically collect:

- pages viewed and actions taken

- approximate location derived from IP (city-level)

We do not sell your personal information.
7. Commercial electronic messages
We comply with Canada’s anti-spam rules for commercial electronic messages. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in the message, and we will process requests as required.
We may still send non-marketing messages needed to deliver services (for example, account notices, receipts, security alerts).

Our service providers may process or store personal information outside Canada (commonly in the United States). In that case, information may be subject to the laws of the country where it is processed.
