Configure email and device notifications

Choose which updates from The Trading Hall reach your email and the current device.

Choose a channel

Email and device notifications are controlled separately. Turn on only the topics you want for each channel so urgent trading updates do not get buried.

  • Email can include available trade-alert, live-session, risk, market-digest, and TradeDesk insight topics.
  • Device notifications depend on browser support, device permission, and the current installation state of The Trading Hall.
  • Trade-alert sources can be adjusted independently when source controls are available.

Connect this device

  1. Open Account Settings and find Notifications.
  2. Allow notifications when the browser or installed app asks for permission.
  3. Enable the topics you want for this device and save them.
  4. Send a test notification when that action is available.

If permission was previously denied, use the browser or operating-system settings to allow The Trading Hall before retrying.
